Before fitting, keep the unopened packs flat in the room where they will be laid for at least 48 hours, and check the subfloor is clean, dry and level. Care: sweep or vacuum (no beater bar), clean with a well-wrung mop and a wood floor cleaner, wipe up spills straight away and put felt pads under furniture.

Free delivery on orders over £999 + VAT to most UK addresses (a few areas are quoted separately); smaller orders show their delivery charge at checkout. Samples are always free. Your flooring arrives on a pallet at the kerbside, Monday to Friday, usually in 3–5 working days. Order before 12pm for next-day delivery (surcharge).

Changed your mind? Return full packs in their original, resaleable packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus delivery costs (return carriage is at your cost). From 14 to 30 days a 30% restocking fee applies. Cut-to-measure, bespoke and discontinued items cannot be returned. Please note any damage on the delivery note.
