Engineered Natural Brushed Uv Oiled Oak Wood Flooring 15mm X 190mm
A great Engineered Natural Brushed Uv Oiled Oak Wood Flooring made of natural oak. Each board is 190mm (19cm) long, and the plank as a whole is 15mm (1.5cm) thick, with a 4mm Oak veneer layer on top. The 4mm wear layer lets you sand the surface down and start over up to 3 times. In most homes, this shouldn’t be necessary for the first 10 to 15 years.
Brushed and Oiled oak wood flooring like this is very resistant to changes in temperature and humidity, so it can be put down in almost any room of the house except the bathroom. This includes conservatories. Because our engineered flooring is stable, you can put it down in rooms with water-based underfloor heating without any trouble.
Most of the time, this Engineered Natural Brushed Uv Oiled Oak Wood Flooring would be installed as a floating floor. This means that an underlay is put on the subfloor before the flooring is put down. This protects the floor from moisture and acts as a sound barrier and insulator.
Each Engineered Uv Brushed and Oiled wood flooring board is made with a tongue-and-groove shape, which makes it easy to glue them together. This Oak is a mixed grade, which means it will have some knots like most Oak products.
