Excellent engineered wood flooring made of oak. Distressed unfinished oak wood flooring, which is hard waxed oiled that gives it a premium finish. Rustic flooring with personality and charm

You may sand down and refinish the surface up to twice thanks to the wear layer. For the first 10 to 15 years, in the majority of residential contexts, this shouldn’t be essential. This type of engineered flooring is extremely durable to variations in temperature and humidity, making it possible to install it in most rooms of the house, including conservatories, with the exception of the bathroom. Since our engineered flooring materials are stable, installing them in spaces using underfloor heating is not difficult.

Since each board is made with a tongue and groove profile, they can all be put together by just using glue or can be nailed.

This engineered oak would typically be installed as a floating floor, where an underlay is set on the subfloor beneath the flooring, adding further protection from any dampness and serving as a sound barrier and insulator. Comes with Beveled edges ,which has a brushed surface with Straight Planks and area of 2.42 M² Per Pack.
